Whoever, having been removed from the City Police limits under section 22 of this Act, re-enters any place within such limits without written permission by the *[Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad] within two years from the date of removal shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine or with both.
