(1) The Government may, after previous publication, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act

(1) The Government may, after previous publication, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for- (a) all matters required or allowed by this Act to be prescribed; (b) the manner of service of notices and orders under this Act; (c) the obtaining of the particulars necessary for assessing the compensation under this Act; (d) the appointment of auditors and their duties and remuneration; (e) the inspection, checking and taking over of the assets and documents of an undertaking; (f) the qualifications of, and the remuneration payable to, the accredited representative; (g) the procedure to be followed by the Special Officer under section 11; (h) the remuneration payable to an arbitrator appointed under section 13; (i) the manner of obtaining the information and particulars referred to in section 16, sub-section (3). Power to make rules. [Act No. XV of 1954] 29 (3) All rules made under this section shall be published in the 8Telangana Gazette and upon such publication shall have effect as if enacted in this Act. (4) All rules made under this section shall be laid for not less than fourteen days before the Telangana Legislature, as soon as possible after they are made and shall be subject to such modifications, whether by way of repeal or amendment, as that Legislature may make during the session in which they are laid.
