The *[Executive Council] shall prepare an annual report of the University on or before such date as may be prescribed by the statutes. A copy of the report with a copy of the resolution thereon shall be submitted to the Government for information. 39[28. The Finance Officer shall prepare during each financial year the annual accounts of the University of the preceding year and submit them to the *[Executive Council] for consideration with the recommendations of the Finance Committee and thereafter submit them to such audit as the Government may direct before the end of the financial year. The accounts when audited shall be published in the 40Telangana Gazette and copies thereof together with copies of audit report shall be submitted to the *[Executive Council] not later than two years from the end of the financial year to which the accounts pertain and to the Government.
