Meeting of the Executive Committee:- i) The Executive Committee shall meet not less than 3 times during every calendar year at such time, date and place as the chairman may decide. The interval between any two consecutive meetings, shall however, not be more than 6 months. ii) The meeting shall be called by notice under the signature of the Secretary, or any other officer authorised in this behalf by the Secretary, who shall cause the notice to be delivered safely to each member of the Executive Committee at the address mentioned in the Register of Members, not less than 8 days before the date fixed for the meeting provided that the Chairman may call a meeting of the Executive Committee at such shorter notice as may be expedient. iii) Not less than half the number of members of the Executive Committee shall form the quorum. The requirements of quorum shall not, however, apply to adjourned meetings. iv) The procedure to be followed at the meeting may be laid down in the bye-laws framed by the Executive committee.
