Notwithstanding contained in the principal Act, or in any other law for the time being in force, or in any judgment, decree or orvier of any court, trihunal or other authority, where the management of any private college taken over by tlie State Government under section 30 of the principal Act before the date of tke commencement of i!hb Act was not restored to the educational agency of the private college after the expiry of the pr?rind I"or ixhich thc management of isuch college was taken over- ( i j for the reason that a dispute as to the constitution t ~ € the educational agency or as to >vhether any person or body of persons id an educational agency in relation to bhe private college is pending in any civil court having jurisdic- tion ; or (ii) for thc reawn that the person to whom possession of the properly of such piivate college is to be delivered cannot be found or has no legd agent or othe~ person empowered'-to accept delivery on his behalf, the taking over of the management of such private college shall be deemed to have been continued for a further period of one year from the date oE sncl~ expiry, as if an order to that effect hail been made under secbion 30-h of the principal Act, and accordingly section 30 [except sub-sections (I.) ant1 (2)3 and othw provisions of the principal Act as amended by this AcC, shall, as far as may be, apply and the management of such private college shall stand trans- ferred to the Stab Government on the date of the publication of this Act in the Tamil Nadzc Cior~ernnzent Gazette, if $he mahagement of such private college is T i , -, ,, under tlic controI of any person (including a Receiver a?polnted by a civil r "p. - ccourb having jurisdiction) other than the State Government on the date of such publication.
