Substitution of seclion 29, Tatnil Nadu Act 29 of 1974,-For . section 29 of the Tamil Nadu Recognised Private Schools in c: (Regulation) A:+, 1973 (Tamil Nadu Act 29 of 1974.) (hereinafter for ( referred :; as the 1974 Act), the following s-ction shdl be substi- - the ( tuted, namely :- "29.
