The University shall consist of the following officers, namely:- Officers of University. (1) The Chancellor; (2) The Pro-Chancellor; (3) The Vice-Chancellor; (4) The Directors; (5) The Registrar; (6) The Finance Officer; (7) The Controller of Examination; and (8) Such other persons as may be declared by the Statutes to be officers of the University.
