Terms and conditions of service of Co-0rdinatd.v of University departments and Dean ojhstudents.--(l) There shall be a Co-ordinator of ' University departments who will act as a liaison officer between the Vice- " m c e u g r and the Heads of departments of the University. He shall perform. such functions and discharge such duties as* may be prescribed by statutes. , I I . (2) The& shall be a Dean of students in the University who shall be in-charge of the welfare of, and the discipline among, the students.
