A member of the Council shall be deemed to ",","g:s:f have vacated his seat-- (1) on sending his resignation in writing to the I president or registrar ; (2) on his absence without excuse sufIicient in the opinion of the Council from three consecutive meetings of the Council; (3) on his absence out of India for six consecutive months ; (4) on removal of his name from the register ; (6) on his being declared an insolvent by any oompetent court ; (6) on expiry of the term mentioned in sec- tion 7 ;
