MOVING OF PROPOSITIONS: Any member who desired to move any proposition shall send a notice of such proposition together with a brief note setting out the reasons in support of the proposition to the Secretary atleast five days in advance of the meeting so as to enable the propositions being included in the agenda. Provided that the President authority may, at his discretion, allow such 23 proposition to be moved in a meeting despite non-receipt of notice of the proposition in time for inclusion in the agenda.
