I i t (2) The application shall state the grounds on which objection I to the order made under sub-section (6) of section 6 is taken : Provided that every such application shall bc nladc,-- (a) if the person making it was present or rcpresentcd before the prescribed authority at the time when he made the order- under sub-section (6) of section 6, within six weeks horn the date of the said order ; (b) in other cases, within six weeks of the receipt of the brder, communicated under sub-section (7) of section 6, or within six months from the date of the order of the p::escribed authority, whichever period shall first expire.
