Executive Committee.— (1) There shall be an Executive Committee of the Board. It shall exercise such of the powers and perform such of the functions as may be delegated to it by the Board. (2) The Executive Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-1 (a) the Chief Secretary to Government, who shall be the Chairperson, ex-officio; (b) the Secretary to Government, Finance Department, ex-officio; (c) the Chief Executive Officer of the Board, who shall be the Member-Secretary, ex-officio; and (d) experts in the fields of finance, economics, commerce, infrastructure and the like not exceeding two, as may be nominated by the Chairperson of the Executive Committee.
