Public Officers to furnish copies of or extracts from certain documents.—Notwithstanding anything contained in any Act, or rule having the force of law, all public officers having custody of any record, register, report or other document relating to a religious institution or any movable or immovable property of such institution, shall furnish such copies of or extracts from the same as may be required by 1[* * ] the Commissioner, 2[the Additional Commissioner], 3[Joint Commissioner], Deputy Commissioner 4[ * * *] or Assistant Commissioner. 87
