Annual verification of the register.—The trustee or his authorized agent shall scrutinize the entries in the register every year and submit to 5[the Commissioner for his approval, directly or through the Assistant Commissioner], as the case may require; a verified statement showing the alterations, omissions, or additions, required in the register and the provisions of sub-section (3) to (6) of section 29 shall apply in relation to such statement as they apply in relation to a register.
