Application of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.—The provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947), shall apply to matters arising between employer and employees under this Act as they apply to matters arising between employer and workmen under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947).
