In section 12 of the principal Act,— (a) in the marginal heading, for the words and figures ‘‘sections 3 and 14’’ the words, figures and letter ‘‘sections 3A and 14’’ shall be substituted; (b) for the words and figures ‘‘sections 3 and 14’’, the words, figures and letter ‘‘sections 3A and 14’’ shall be substituted.
