- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2016
- S. 2The section amends the long title of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986 to clarify its purpose of prohibiting child and adolescent labour in hazardous occupations.
