"R~striction for election or ~'nomiwttionsjl~to~,~:,Senate, Syndicate and ~cademic Cc~tincil in certain cases.-(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in sections 14, 18 or 23, azy persor. who has completed two terxs of three years each, continuously in any one or two of the~follwiving authorities kof the University, namely :- (:)It he; Senate, (ii) ithe Syndic lte,fand?
