Limitation of certain suits and prosecutions. - save as other wise provided in section 63, no suits prosecution or other proceeding shall be instituted against the Chairman or Vice-Chairman or Secretary or officer or servant of the market committee or the President or Vice-president or Chief Executive Officer or officer or servant of the Board for any act done or purporting to be done under this Act, unless the suit, prosecution or other proceeding is instituted within six months from the date of the act complained of.
