President, Vice –President, Chairman and Vice-Chairman to be public servants. - The President and Vice-president of the Board and Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board and Chairman and Vice-Chairman of market committee shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act XLV of 1860)
