Proceedings of market committee not to be invalidated by informalities.- A market committee shall have power to act, notwithstanding any vacancy in the membership, or any defect in the constitution thereof and the proceedings of a market committee shall be valid notwithstanding that some person, who was not entitled to be a member, had sat, voted or otherwise taken part in the proceedings of any such committee.
