Sub-committee, special committee and delegation of powers.- The market committee may appoint one or more of its members to be a sub- committee or to be a special committee for the conduct of any work, or to report on any matter, pertaining to its duties or functions under this Act and the rules and by-laws made under this Act and may delegate to any one or more of its members such of its own power or duties as it may think fit.
