(1) With effect from such date as the Central Government may, by notification, appoint, there shall be established a Council to be known as the Atomic Energy Redressal Advisory Council. (2) The Council shall consist of the following Members, ex officio, namely:-- (a) Chairperson of the Atomic Energy Commission--Chairperson; (b) Director of the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre--Member; (c) Chairperson of the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board--Member; and (d) Chairperson of the Central Electricity Authority--Member. (3) The Council may invite technical experts, not exceeding three, to the meetings of the Council for their expert advice subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed. (4) The Council shall meet at such times and places and shall observe such rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings, including quorum as may be prescribed.
