(1) In the event of a national emergency declared under article 352 of the Constitution, the Central Government shall-- (a) have the authority to assume control over the nuclear and radiation facilities, materials, equipment and related products, without limitation; and (b) take such measures as it considers necessary or expedient for the exercise of the powers conferred under this section. (2) Any person affected by the action of the Central Government under sub-section (1) shall be entitled to compensation as may be determined under section 36.
