(1) The Board shall have a Managing Director who shall be appointed by the State Government and he shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Board. (2) The Managing Director appointed under sub-section (1) shall also function as the ex-officio Secretary of the Board. (3) The Board may appoint other officers and employees as may be necessary for the efficient discharge of its duties and functions under the Act. (4) The superintendence and control over all the officers and employees of the Board shall vest in the Managing Director.
