Every Inspector appointed under the secti~n shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code. 15 (b) recovery of advances of wages not already earned shall be subject to any rulr . rnad e by the State Government regulating the extent to which such advances may be given and the instalments by which they may be recovered.
