(1 ) Tho Siale Government may, at any time, after giving the hotder of any license underth s Acia reasonabte oppodun ity ol being heard, suspefd or cance the license on any one or mote oi ihe following Oroufds,namely: (i) That thero has beo| a breach of any ol the conditions subject to which ihe licence was granted. (il) That the holder of the ljcence has contravened any of the provisions oi this Act or the rules made ther6 !nder. (2) Whenevera liconce is suspended orcanc6ll6d, ihe State Government shall record a briel statemont ol the reasons lor such suspenslon or cancellation and fumish a copythereolto ihe person whose licenoe has been suspended or cancelled.
