Forthe purpose oi mlculaling Gross Gamjng yield allsuch prornotional or free bets or slakes shall be exctuded. (2) The Llcensee shall, with prior approvalolthe State govemment conduct tournaments and compeiilions ior its players. Such to!rnament shall be held eitheronling through the authorized website or at physical tocations anywhore in the world. The Licensee shat be responsible forobtainingthe necessary approvals irom the appropriate authorlties at locatlons where such tournament is to be held. (3) The Licensee shail, with intimation tothe State etovemment, off6r its ontine games licensed underlhis Act, to any oth er pe rsonlcom pany th rouoh the website and branding of such person/bompany. Forihe purposes oi calc!iating Online Gaming Le!ry, the Gross Gam ng yield oi ihe Licenseo shall include the Gross Gaming yield ot each such person/company.
