Punishment for persistent contravention, violation or default.- Any person who commits further contravention or violation of any of the provisions of this Act even after the imposition of penalties and infliction of punishment specified under various sections under this Chapter shall, on conviction, be sentenced to such term of simple imprisonment which may extend to three months.
