Punishment for malpractice or other contravention.- Whoever commits any malpractices in a tourist area or contravenes any of the provisions of this Act for which no specific penalty has been provided under this Act, shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine or with both.
