Delegation of powers- The State Government may, by order, delegate any of its powers or functions under this Act or the rules made there under to any officer or authority not below the rank of an Assistant Conservator of Forest who shall exercise or perform the same, subject to such conditions and restriction as the State Government may specify in the order.
