Retail sale of tendu leaves.- (1) No person shall engage himself in retail sale of tendu leaves except under a license granted under this section. (2) The State Government may, for the purpose of facilitating retail sale of tendu leaves within the state; grant license to as many persons as it may deem fit. (3) Any person who desires to engage himself in retail sale of tendu leaves shall make an application in such form, to such authority and in such manner as may be prescribed.
