Membership of a Sports Association. - (1) A District Level Sports Association, registered under this Act, shall be a member of the concerned State Level Sports Association. (2) A Primary Sports Body shall be a member of the concerned District Level Sports Association. (3) Subject to the provisions of this Act, any addition, deletion or change in membership can be made only at a General Body meeting of a Sports Association. (4) A Sports Association may prescribe conditions and procedure of granting membership in its bye-laws.
