Minimum requirement of constituting a Sports Association. — (1) A State Level Sports Association shall be constituted by a minimum of six District Level Sports Associations. (2) A District Level Sports Association shall be constituted by a minimum of three Primary Sports Bodies. (3) A Primary Sports Body shall be constituted by a minimum of seven individuals.
