(1) Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 28-A and 28-B, shall on conviction, be punishable with fine which, for a first offence may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees and, for a second or any subsequent offence, may extend to five hundred rupees. (2) Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of Sections 8, 16, 21, 22, 27, 32 and 36 shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
