Prohibition of practice of persons not listed. - No person other than a registered or enlisted practitioner shall practise or hold himself out, whether directly or by implication, as practising or as being prepared to practise the Indian system of medicine, surgery' or midwifery: Provided that the State Government may, by notification in the Rajasthan Gazette, direct that the provisions of this section shall not apply to any class of persons or in a specified area.
