Registrar. - (1) The State Government shall appoint, for the purposes of this Act, a person being a practitioner, to be the Registrar who shall ex-officio be the Secretary of the Board and each Committee and shall receive such salary and allowances, as the State Government may from time to time determine. (2) The Registrar shall not be removable from his office or otherwise punishable except with the approval of the State Government.
