Resignation. - (1) Any member other than the Chairman may at any time resign his office by a letter addressed to the Chairman. Such resignation shall take effect from the date on which it is accepted by the Board. (2) A Chairman wishing to resign may tender his resignation to the Government. Such resignation when accepted shall be published in the Rajasthan Gazette and shall take effect from the date notified therein.
