(1) There shall be established a Fund to be called Madarsa Board Fund, hereinafter referred to as the 'Fund'. (2) The following moneys shall form part of, and be paid into, the Fund, namely:- (i) any grants received from the State Government or the Central Government; (ii) any trust, bequests, donations, endowments and other grants; and (iii) any other sums received on behalf of the Board. (3) The Fund shall be applied strictly for the purposes of this Act and not otherwise.
