Delegation by Chairperson of his powers and duties.- (1)The Chairperson may empower, by general or special order, any member of the Board elected under section 15 to exercise under his control any one or more of his powers, duties or functions. (2) An order by the Chairperson under sub-section (1) may lay down any conditions and impose any restrictions, in respect of the exercise of any power, the performance of any duty or the discharge of any function by such member. (3) In particular, such order may lay down the condition that any order made in the exercise of a power conferred on him by sub-section (1) shall be liable to rescission or modification by the Chairperson upon appeal to him within a specified time.
