Upon the establishment of a District Board under Section 5 of the Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954 (Rajasthan Act II of 1954) for the district in which Bhim area is situated, the District Board Bhim shall be deemed to have been dissolved and all its assets and liabilities shall thereupon be the assets and liabilities of the new District Board so established
