Application of Cencral Fund'- The General Fund shall be utilized for meeting all expenses, recurrlng or non- recurring in connection with the affairs ofthe Uni?ersity: Provided that no expenditure shall be incuned by the University in excess of the limits for total reculring expenditure and totaL non-recurring expenditure for the year' as may be fixed by the Board of Management, without the prior approval.of the Board of Managentent. ll. Officers of tlre University.-The following shall be the officers of the UniversitY, namelY:- (D the Chanqellor; (ii) theVice-chancellor; ; (iii) the Pro-Vice-chancellor; (iv) the Provost; (v) the Proctor; (vi) the Deans of Faculties; (vii) the Registrar; (viii) the Chief Finarlce and Accounts Officer; and '(i"i such other officcrs'as may be declared by the Statuies ' to be the officers of the University.
