Nothing contained in any law for the time being in force relating to the establishment, maintenance or regulation of a market shall apply to any market area declared as such under section 4 or after in any way - 1) The rights of a holder of a Licence granted under the provision to subsection (2) of section 4 or of a market committee or a co-operative marketing society, required or permitted under section 9 to do so, to setup, established or continued a market in the market area for the sale and purchase of any agricultural produce notified under sub-section(1) of section 4, or 2) The rights of the holder of a Licence granted under section 14.
