- S. 1(1) This Act may be called Sri Guru Teg Bahadur State University of Law, Punjab Act, 2020

- S. 7(1) The Governor of Punjab shall be the Chancellor of the University

- S. 11(1) The Governing Council shall be convened at least once in a year

- S. 14(1) The meeting of the Executive Council shall be called at least once in four months

- S. 24(1) There shall be a Head for each of the Department in the University
