Section 19

Power to remove member

Power to remove member. - The State Government may remove from office any member of the Authority - (i) who, without excuse, sufficient in the opinion of the State Government, is absent for more than three consecutive meetings of the Authority; (ii) who has, in the opinion of the State Government, so abused his position as a member as to render his continuance on the Authority detrimental to the interests of the Authority.
