Term of office and conditions of service of members. - (1) The term of office and conditions of service of the members of the Authority shall be such as may be prescribed. (2) The Chief Administrator shall be entitled to receive from the fund of the Authority such salary and such allowance, if any, as may be prescribed. (3) Any member, other than the Chief Administrator, may be paid from the fund of the Authority such allowances, if any, as may be prescribed. (4) The members of the Authority shall hold office during the pleasure of the State Government. (5) A member of the Authority may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the State Government and, on such resignation being accepted by the State Government, he shall cease to be a member.
