Appeal. - (1) Any decision of the Arbitrator under clauses (iv) to (xi) (both inclusive) and clauses (xiv), (xv), (xvi), (xviii), (xix) and (xx) of sub-section 3 of the section 102 shall be forthwith communicated to the party concerned including the Authority and any party aggrieved by such decision may, within sixty days from the date of communication of the decision, prefer an appeal to the Tribunal of Appeal constituted under section 105. (2) The provisions of sections 5, 12 and 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 (Central Act 36 of 1963), shall apply to appeals submitted under this section.
