Certain decisions of Arbitrator to be final. - Except in matters arising out of clauses (iv) to (xi) (both inclusive) and clauses (xiv), (xv), (xvi), (xviii), (xix) and (xx) of sub-section (3) of section 102 every decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and conclusive and binding on all parties including the Authority.
