In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, "Academic Council" means the Academic Council of the University; (b) "Academic Planning Board" means the Academic Planning Board of the University ; (c) "Bar Council of India" means the Bar Council of India, constituted under the Advocates Act, 1961 : (d) "Chancellor" means the Chancellor of the University; commencement. BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in the Fifty- seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows :—
