In the principal Act, for section 7, for sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:- “(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law, enacted by the legislature of the State of Punjab, for the time being in force, the State Government shall determine or cause to be determined the fee to be charged by the private health sciences educational institutions having regard to the minimum norms of infrastructure and facilities as laid down by the concerned Council.”.
